Returns Policy for Items Bought Online
If you would like to return your item for any reason please email firstname.lastname@example.org; we will be able to direct you on how to process the return and if it is still eligible to be returned. SALE items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
You may return most new items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Items returned must be unworn and have all tags attached.
We'll pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns for other reasons must be paid by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You can also visit one of our store locations to return the item and receive a store credit or choose a new item. We do not do refunds in store for webstore sales.
Returns Policy for Items Bought in Store
Items bought in store can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged for another item within 14 days of purchase accompanied with your receipt of purchase. All tags must be attached and garment must show no signs of wear. We can not accept returns on intimate items such as undergarments and earrings. Within a 14 - 30 day range after purchase items can be exchanged for in store merchandise or store credit. No refunds after 14 days of purchase.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that any additional fees and duties are not included in the shipping fees we charge and will vary from country to country. These separate charges are out of our control and are issued by border agencies to get your package through customs into your country. We can not ship to PO Boxes, sorry. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping within Canada
We ship parcels from stores Monday-Friday using various carriers such as Purolator, Dicom and Canpar. If your order contains items that are at two different locations they will be shipped out once they are transferred to one store so they arrive in one package. Please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to ship. It takes us up to week to get all of your items together in one place.
Once your order is shipped you will get an email with a tracking number which you can follow to find out when your parcel will arrive.
Shipping to the USA and beyond
We ship parcels to the USA and beyond using Canada Post. If your order contains items that are at two different locations they will be shipped out once they are transferred to one store so they arrive in one package. Please allow up to 14 days for your parcel to ship.
Holiday Season Shipping and Returns Policies
Items bought between November 1st - December 24th as gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit in store up to Jan 8th. Items bought online can be returned to a store and exchanged, or returned for a store credit. Refunds are available for online purchases on regular priced items that are bought as gifts up to January 8th with receipt - no exceptions, sorry.
SALE items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Items bought before a sale period are not eligible for retroactive discounts once a sale period begins.
